I think the jews that influenced the central powers agitated for war against Russia because it was run by "anti-semitic" tsars. Then when that operation succeeded, they switched to fully backing the Brits to get them Palestine ASAP as well as using America to crush Germany to pave the way for the spread of Bolshevism.
