Actually they are pretty simple when you realize they can be grouped into just a few groups:

>Date 18-25, preferably 18-20, ignore old hags
>Have the conversations and first date have noticible amount of obvious flirting
>Flirting and romanticism BEFORE showing her your safe side
>Show most attention on days 1-3, then respond with as much as she gives you or less
