I believe celery salt is different than celery powder, in that celery salt is a traditional spice used in shit like Old Bay and other seafood seasonings, whereas celery powder is literally ground up celery used in the curing process for "uncured meats". You can buy celery powder from woo woo crunchy organic stores and shit like that
