You're being deliberately obtused though.

In FGO Nasu herself (the main writer of the game) has stated that

>movies are not anon
>manga is not canon
>side games and spin offs are not canon
>fate/zero by Urobochi is not canon since it contradicts the original visual novel
>rewrites to remove the sex in the remakes is not anon but they had to do it to put the game in Steam
This is not an issue of the players removing from canon what they don't like

It's an issue of the main author deciding that almost everything outside of the main story is not canon since it literally doesn't fit the narrative and timeline
