That’s a dude with long hair, and his name is Hemlock. He’s an assassin/incel who hates Yor because he believes being completely and totally isolated from all human contact has made him stronger than her, and Yor having a family has not only dulled her edge but is also having a corruptive influence on the rest of Garden since it’s giving other assassins similar ideas about having romantic relationships.

Hemlock tells Yor he’s going to kill Loid, Anya and Yuri to “free her from their bonds”, Yor goes berserk, kicks his ass and he has an existential crisis when he loses despite his self-isolation, which was supposed to make him a hyper-effective killing machine.
