They cant train heavy due to tendon/collagen synthesis being fucked due to hormones/roider diet. They have to train around test spikes etc.

If anything their technique for lifting has to be super strict and i lift half reps to save joints, but yeah you dont wanna 200% at the detriment of optimal training because for them they have 300% test for a few hours/days, fomo.
