I already have small gyno and chronically puffy nipples (pic almost exactly related), nothing seems to fix them. Nofap, working out, eating loads of meat and no sugar, nothing. I've accepted that at some point in the future when I have the funds for It i'll have to get gyno removal surgery, how much damage could finasteride possibly do to me?
