half an hour of gesture/figure (I still don't know the difference between the two)
I just want to get to a point where I can just draw from imagination, like projecting what's in my mind onto the page, but at the moment it feels like I'm only improving my skill in copying stuff that I see in front of my eyes, rather than building up an actual understanding of it to use later.
Hopefully in a few weeks I'll notice a dent or have something click.
