France is doing the same thing, USA are doing the same thing, other countries are doing or planning on doing the same thing. The plans may be called something else and have different language and details but they are the same.
All around the world governments have decided that a free and open internet is not a great idea after all.
Add that payment companies are starting to act and block things ((they)) don't like, the death of what the internet should of been is right around the corner.
