Terminus Decree was in 5e Codex: GK. They added a few lines to it, without stating anything concrete, so they can decide later what to do with it. It'll just end up being like back when the Golden Throne was failing, then the Golden Throne was failing and the Dark Eldar were called to help, then the Golden Throne stopped failing and everything returned to pre-failing status, but we get to talk about how the DE helped to fix the throne and were probably up to no good.
