Learn a trade. It won't take literal years to land a job with one and you'll be paid exponentially more. Start hitting up Ziprecruiter and Indeed until you find a higher paying job. It fucking sucks but you have to go through the hiring process if you want to financially succeed.
If you want purpose, work out, find a small hobby other than video games, can literally be anything, this doesn't mean you have to quit video games permanently, just reduce them.
As for driving it kinda sucks but I'd definitely encourage the pursuit of a license, the freedom a vehicle provides is huge.
