BTW, did you know that frozen fruit is a great snack that isn't so caloric dense like processed garbage like cookies? I always keep some frozen strawberries / bananas in my freezer to have a nice snack when it's warm outside and I'm coming home needing something to cool down.
I'm drinking a glass of cold water using a couple frozen strawberries as ice-cubes with a bit of taste. Very refreshing.
