There are different levels of copying. It's ok to go through and do some quicker copies to help understand the underlying concepts without worrying if you're 100% accurate. An accuracy copy is a different thing in itself, and while they're important to work on at some point you don't have to do it right now with Loomis if you're not excited by it.
