When I was 10 an adult man explained what an orgasm was to me in detail in Diablo 2 though I can't say for sure he was getting off on it, it was actually really technical.
When I was 13 a 19 year old gay man who was in my guild in WoW tried to convince me to meet him in real life. He later transitioned and killed himself.
