Is 44111 or 43311 better for Cart?

Carthetiya is ridiculously braindead to use lmao, just ridiculous amounts of self healing, HP and even damage on her own
I'm not sure it's even fair to put her in the same tier as Zani, it feels like she should be in a tier of her own
