What other gacha games are you playing?

Okay, someone help me out. I've seen several people complaining about Fleur's burst phase being tied heavily to her twelve seconds of Manifest and then her damage supposedly falls off a cliff and for the life of me, I just plain don't get it. I've looked over her kit several times and I just can't find where Manifest is supposed to be giving her a bunch of damage. Her three Manifest swords are Virtue, Divinity and Discord.

Virtue - Her BA4 will generate a big slow field and gives her mild super armor. Neat, but nothing that provides damage.

Divinity - Aero Erosion damage is amped by 50% and the damage ticks are 50% faster. This is nice but unless you're rocking Cia, Aerover AND at least S2, your Aerosion damage isn't going to be that big or chunky enough to matter.

Discord - This makes it so when you finish an attack chain, the highest Aerosion stack among everything you're hitting is spread to everyone else. So if one enemy has five, everything you're hitting has five. This presumably makes it easier to get max damage on a large group of mobs with her ult. Very convenient but nothing that directly amps her.

So where did this idea that after Manifest ends, Fleur does no damage come from?

Edgerunners is actually really good.
I don't even like Trigger. But it turns out if you get them to make something that's over the top in action, but centered around a pretty ok built setting and given the material for an actual plot that doesn't devolve into AYYYLMAOS they can do fantastic work.

Cyberpunk the game is ok if you get it on sale after all the patches. It launched as worse than Wuwa 1.0 day 1 and became passable. Its the best graphics tech demo out there to this day and if you're a graphicsfag and GPU fag the pathtracing does look legtiimately nice.
The game is a bit boring until you finally get some augs and stuff but it has enough to be really funny between BERSERKchads, sandy memes, hack shit and double jumping or super jumping and whatnot.

I think it has a lot of potential to end up a mix of action and basically an Anko-like companion quest but even better for David and more.
Also Adam Smasher would be based in Wuwa

The hardest one is Lorelei due to her bubble trapping you and that can be solve by just not getting hit. The only thing that makes 37 hard is that now the bosses have enough HP that you need to do 2-3 full rotations to take them out instead of 1-1.5, the trail characters for this event a way over tuned

What are you on about the game give you a loaner team that is best suited for each boss. Hell the 3rd one lets you pick either Zani hypercarry or Phoebe hypercarry. With each character starting the fight with an ult and outro you can burst the boss down to half before they even really get started. There is skill issue and then there is whatever you are working with if you can't manage with all the help the game is giving you.

Also since there isn't a time limit you can cheese any of the bosses with Taoqi
