35, 183cm, 85kg, 23% bf, making some gains. Arms grow nicely, pecs will always look bad shirtless because of bone structure. Underwear feel tighter because of ass and thigh gains, even though I barely do any leg exercises. Abs nowhere to be seen, they will have to wait until I'm done bulking.
Diffuse balding since the age of 20, started buzz cutting at 25. I had a good regrowth when I hopped on liquid minoxidil age 34 and grew out my hair for the first time in nearly a decade, but I had too much dandruff so I switched to foam and lost all my gains. I'm hesitating between oral and topical fin now.
