Nope. I answered it exactly. You just misunderstood, so I corrected your misunderstanding.
Shamans don't need a medium, because they are the medium. You seem to not understand this. They can just talk to spirits, because they are good enough at the skill, that they don't need someone else to do it for them.
That clears up your misunderstanding.

Nope. That is incorrect. Other people can sense that spirit too, which means it is objective and proven by other observers.
If only that one guy could experience that spirit, then yes, it would be purely subjective and probably just exists in his own mind. It's a fantasy.
But if other people can describe the spirit too (or what the spirit said on the astral) WITHOUT the shaman telling them using his physical voice, then that proves the spirit exists in an objective way.

This is like occult epistemology 101. The basics of the basics. You should already know this, and know that people can do this and have done this. I'm not sure why this is a mystery to you.
