I did a bunch more research and found that SongSync does what I need, with some crashes and errors sometimes but it's alright.
let's you pick individual songs or do whole libraries in a batch, add offset, chose providers (I found musicsmatch the best sknfsr, some songs needed offset though), save to file or to tags (I prefer to file and keep plain lyrics in the tags)

and using Retro Music as a player, cause it seemed like the most readable and nice design wise with cover art + lyrics out of all the players I tired including hiby Poweramp and mad.
has options too. on top of cover, instead of cover, clicking on cover gives you plain lyrics, and you can also open full size synched lyrics too.
