the weekly bosses you're thinking of are probably the guild bosses which you'll unlock at level 40, the repeatable SLAMMER recollection are available in the realm of repressions menu but you might have to keep going through the story to unlock that too. it happens pretty soon after beating the first palace, so if you don't see pic rel in your realm of repressions menu just keep listening to rufel and motoha yap and eventually it'll unlock
