Shrink the league to 21 teams
Play 4 games per year against each opponent
League wide 1-16 seeding for the playoffs
Get rid of 3v3 OT, shootouts, and the loser point
Just have 5 mins of 5v5 OT and then a tie
Teams get 3 points for any win, 1 point for a Tie
Get rid of the salary cap
Raise the UFA age to 30
Ban NMCs and NTCs for players under 30
Shorten max contracts to 5 years
Make the first round of the draft regionally exclusive (i.e., teams can only use that pick on a player who grew up within their market)
