I used to work a warehouse job where I walked 10+ miles a day, and it was easy mode for staying lean. I've got a better job now but miss the side benefit of burning so many calories.

I'm looking to get into rucking a few times a week to simulate the effect since there isn't enough time for me to simply walk that much every day now. Assuming this will work, how should I start and what kind of basic equipment is best to get started with? Weights in a backpack seems the obvious answer, but I see vests etc out there too and I'm not sure which way to go.
