I suppose it's a question of if you prefer the Enclave being located in one big base or a bunch of minor bases across America. I tend to lean on the one and done theme, it's over with and the USA is not coming back.

I remember being so disappointed with how they handled Autumn and the Enclave, I understand reasons here and there and Todd being obsessed with destiny shit but if any of the Enclave renditions had the chance to evolve past a caricature then it was the Colonel's.
