Thoughts on Hannah Arendt's explanation for European Antisemitism?

From what I've read so far her argument is the following

>COURT JEWS manage the finances of petty lords during the feudal era
>Following the transition to ABSOLUTE MONARCHIES court Jews gain in priviledge and wealth
>During the peak of NATION STATES Jews exist as a pan-european network that negotiate peace and finance between states
>The rise of IMPERIALISM means that court Jews are no longer necessary
>Jews are left with wealth and titles, but no discernible role in society
>This then makes them valid targets for popular resentment
