Thoughts on Hannah Arendt's explanation for European Antisemitism?

From what I've read so far her argument is the following

Antisemitism is the natural reaction to being exposed to Jewish behavior, I'm not sure what additional explanations are needed.

Jews keep getting persecuted because they keep existing, and they're european. A better question is why gypsies never became powerful like jews and chose the other minority path.

This sounds like it's trying too hard to rationalize bigotry. The explanation for antisemitism is Jews are different, they're not Christian and have their own meaningful culture and history. That being the case, it doesn't matter whether they're rich or poor or what the history is. That influences the specific stereotypes people hold, but the underlying reason for bigotry is stupid people don't like things that are different.

Her argument makes no sense to me.

Firstly,

Why would this be the case? The rise of 19th century imperialism also coincided with the advent of international finance, with massive funds starting to transit through London (not just from its empire). Jews would have still been there to facilitate loans from more well-off countries to Russia while it was still industrializing, or funding mega-projects like the Suez Canal, etc. Trade would have been at all-an-time high, even if some nations steered towards protectionism when they were starting to industrialize.
Many of the major Jewish banks got their start in that era (Lazard in 1848, Solomon Brothers in 1910, etc.)

Secondly, this argument only works for the Jews in Western Europe. However, Hitler’s antisemitism and hatred towards Jews was mostly directed towards in Eastern Europe (Poland, Russia), which were never the Jews of high finance and trade that she describes. Most of those Jews were miserable farmers living in the wide expanses of Poland and Russia, or confined to the ghettos.
In fact, the most antisemitic country historically was probably Russia (with all the pogroms) and Jews there have never occupied the “court Jew” position she’s describes.

She references Meyer Rothschild (d. 1812) who sent his sons to set up their businesses in London, Paris, Vienna, Frankfurt and Naples.

This internationalism was true of the banking families, but was projected onto the regular mercantile jews.

As for Eastern Europe, those states maintained a feudal system and so animosity towards them was no different to the general hatred of the upper classes

As jews they were hated by enough of society that they could be trusted with power as they had a ceiling on how much power they could accumulate in medieval Christendom. Similarly, patronage of an educated intellectual jew by a nobleman gave you access to his network and his trust, since jews benefitted from gentile protectors should the local yokels get all frothed up and have themselves a pogrom. Essentially anti-semitism and jewish patronage and nepotism are self-reinforcing.
