I bought some protein chips and protein pop tart bullshit to try, but ended up pigging out and eating all of it. Now I've eaten 970 calories and 115g of protein for the day. What the fuck am I supposed to do? Should I just fill out the rest of my calories with healthy normal food? I kinda am craving another protein shake. Is this good or bad?
