No. 1 has some bad game design here and there but it was their first game in the series. The DS remake of it (Operate Shooting Star) irons all that out leaving only 4, and 4 is only bad if you want to 100% it otherwise it's just "Whatever". BCC and 4.5 are these weird side games that aren't great but aren't bad, and Network Transmission and WS are basically Classic games but linear.
