They use more specific nouns a few times. I think spider is fine, there's gotta be a Jel word for it. I like Cyrodilic Argonian names to be mostly alien and weird-sounding. It's one of the most alien cultures in the series after all. I think as long as it's a descriptor of the person or it describes some natural phenomena then it's lore-friendly.
