im pretty sure most devs now are stuck and a hard place considering if they speak out about this they may as well get blacklisted from 90% of publishers in the industry, same for journos.
You can bet your ass that when the initiative hits 90% signatures you'll see some hitpiece from Kotaku or Polygon
the only big devs that spoke out in support of the movement are CPDR and Running with Sciccors, wich makes sense because they have no publisher to answer to
