No. The Rakshasa is a prop for the made for TV movie “Love and Lasers as Turtle Bay” and is supposed to be the love interest’s MadCat. Which would’ve been more obvious if you opened up one of the panels and saw that the whole thing is constructed of plywood, duct tape, plaster, and rope. Or if this image weren’t cropped the way it is you’d see just to the right the crane holding the whole thing up like the oversized puppet that it is.
The designation “Rakshasa” was the result of the nickname the film crew gave the prop, and some later historian getting confused and thinking this thing was an honest-to-god mech.
