I like Melusine for:

>her mecha musume design, especially the love and detail Choco puts into her armor
>the knightly dress on her tiny body is so cute and pretty
>her lazy yet smug personality
>the juxtaposition of her at her most serious and at her most lazy and playful is so charming
>her tragic story, especially her relationships with Percy and Aurora
>her cool as fuck Albion design and general jet-based imagery and descriptions used for her
>the way she treats some of the other servants (her nodding approval of Kukulcan as someone that might actually be able to keep up with her)
>the juxtaposition of her absurd powerlevel and her innate laziness and self-serving traits is a fun dynamic
>her animations are super cool (I love the one where she repeatedly punches the opponent while gliding around them)
Her being gameplay is unironically just a bonus.

But I guess I have a track record for liking gameplay servants for their other aspects since my wife is Reines.
