I kinda paraphrased. It really depends who you're playing with. Any gaols you can open on day 1 though are worth because the boss retains the day 1 HP pool even if you come back to them on day 2.

TL;DR, hit gaols and for the love of God don't pull the fucking Draconic Tree Sentinel or Ulcerated Tree Spirit over to that one on the east end.
