Ar Tonelico, I guess. Game would basically be like Skyblock/Seablock since the magitech setting goes into autistic detail as to why science/magic is able to create matter out of nothing. The games themselves liked to do crafting though most of that was just weapons, armor, and consumables. Sometimes you did craft intermediary materials, though. AT2 made heavy use of trains and airships as well.

Also if you lose power your factory starts to crumble into the sea of death (the impenetrable cloud of poisonous volcanic gasses that cover the entire world)
