It is very funny to see American progressives, who have been pandered to endlessly in vidya for longer than a decade at this point, suddenly act like it's the greatest crime in the world for a dev to use a conservative buzzword in an announcement. That said, you're right that the game is probably going to fucking suck and this is just a desperate plea to get some eyes on it. Gunn and Suda being totally uninvolved likely means it won't be worth a buy. I'm certainly not going to buy it.
