Even if you're not doing physical labor, the type of work you do and the environment you're in can be just as draining.

I work from home and know I shouldn't complain. But I've been taking on some new responsibilities that is resulting in the need to micromanage people when I shouldn't have to. I've been so exhausted after work recently because of it.
