If you're going splurge on a steakhouse, PLEASE go to Primal. It's about 2 miles off the strip, but it's incredible. You'd pay probably double the price if it was on the strip. I went earlier this year and I can't stop talking about it. Order their bone marrow appetizer, and then get the Delmonico steak. Most of the buffets are a huge waste of money. Don't bother. Tried a bunch, and the biggest disappointment was the one at Caesar's for $80 a head.
