In my save I have 2 big stations around nauvis that just collect and crush asteroids, I have an ammo factory that gets supplied iron ore to make bullets, and then my ship gets supplied with everything and only needs to make the fuel on site because you can't barrel that shit.
Look at how ugly this thing is, I love it.
