You have to reinstall and re-sign the drivers every time you want to update. There's no auto-update for this procedure unless you build one yourself with bash and cron. It's both a blessing and a curse, that's the tradeoff you get with Debian stable. But Debian stable is ridiculously stable. From what I've heard you _could_ use Debian testing instead, which is about as stable as regular windows because of Debian's standards are ridiculously high in this regard. But I have never done this personally and cannot really tell you what it is like.
