Equating a fucking human trafficking operation with some schmucks preying on children on the internet and their Nintendo 3DS is completely laughable. The hunter here has no method of expanding his awareness or making connections to make himself into this mythical "super predator" in your head.
Even if such a thing were to happen, these pedo hunters are not organized nor coordinated. Should one start preying on children, it won't be long before the others smell blood in the water and turn on him. Not out of any moral obligation, mind you, but out of the desperation for the insane clout the story will get them.
