at work i put on second monitor these things
>outlook 2013
>sql server management studio
>notepad++ with opened logs
>visual studio test explorer
>virtualbox with lightweight distribution of linux mint mate with VPN set up to connect to production server
(for some reason this was the easiest way to set up VPN without losing access to both outside internet for google/chatgpt and intranet for email, jira and youtrack)

>secondary browser just for debugging the webapp slop i am paid to upkeep

when i saw my other coworkers they put there

>visual studio solution explorer
>opened PDF or DOC with documentation
>debugger call stack

so as you can see, EMPLOYED people dont have your problem. at home i have only 1 monitor, because lets face it, you dont watch two things at once anyway.
