That's not why the collection was released a cloud game. The Switch 1 literally could not run KH1.5 + 2.5 had an acceptable level. It's not the hardware's fault that SE are incompetent but that collection, as it stands, cannot run the on the platform. Here's why: The NSW has 4GB (3GB are available for games) meanwhile KH requires 4GB to run at 720p30 and 8GB to run at 1080p60 (Thank you, PS3.) Unless you wanted literal 480p28fps in docked and 302p20fps in handheld, that shit simply wasn't feasible.
