Sentry has a single vague statement about his molecules are shifted forward in time that on its own would barely translate to any kind of identifiable speed feat and barely has any objectively good combat or reaction speed feats besides.
Fuck, man, you could at least post Zoom punching an Amazon just a hundred times in a second to say he had slowed down and wasn't going at lightspeed when Diana lassoed him.
