Tierlist purely based on how much I like the factions. Hopefully Bulwark will be better than Factory was, it feels like it was designed for the campaign's lore above all else. Having the mechanic able to repair machines yet the only new machines in this faction are a suicide drone and the tier 7 unit is a big waste.
