Radelfuhrer has been in the mod since day one and Lafayette got added later, or he was always there but you couldn't actually access him since France was broken.

I think the addition of OCs is fine when it comes to characters who really don't have a real world equivalent, like there's no Lafayette's running around IRL (at least that we know of). Also what magic are you referring to? The mod plays around with supernatural stuff here and there in events as well as sentient AI, but there's no magical shit going on as far as I can recall.
