Fetish-based shops are now relatively common, where you can go in and have a fetish inflicted on you (or a friend).

Some examples:
Going to a local transformation shop and getting small changes or completely changing yourself. Some even go for merging TFs, including body part TFs.
A shop that specialises in inanimate TFs (getting TF'd at one of these shops usually requires an animate chaperone to take you home, or agreeing to be rented out to another customer).
A hypnosis shop that can install triggers, alter your perceptions or completely rewrite you.
