Reminds me a lot of songbirds hair but a lot shorter, I kinda see why you used Nina's hair for the longest time so versatile. Not even get me started, so many parts go into hairstyles..
I kinda figured out the 2 light sources with two different colors from the pic above, but the contrast, hue as saturation I didn't think about that, makes sense.. also dof. They look great and since most are portraits it just adds style to them, I like them specially the close up, I might the tinkering with the setting above.

When you think about it it makes sense Dogtown is outside Night City's jurisdiction and controlled by Hansen, so it’s ideal for off-the-books dealings, a neon oasis in the wreckage. Aurore of all people makes an comment on it that Hansen could just kick all gangs and homeless and turn the place into a real paradise for the elites. At the end, looks are everything in Night City.
