I think that's a problem of mass migration rather than only of latinos themselves. If you let too many in, they form their own seggregated networks and don't feel compelled to adapt, but I still think that isolated latinos are better than blacks. Here they behave fine, much better than Africans, but they are not Mexicans so I can't really compare. Mexico's homicide rate is similar to Colombia's and lower than Ecuador's, and all of them are higher than in many African countries, but I think those figures are inflated because I don't think African countries have a rigorous recount, so I don't agree with some posts I've seen here about Latin America being more violent than Africa.
