She actually has better growths than Bors (same SPD, +10% STR) and female knight gets better promo gains. She also benefits from her lower CON because it makes it easier to move her around with rescue. If you happened to bring Bors to this map, you can do a triangle attack with him, Barth and Wendy for 100% free 3x damage. The thief reinforcement that showed up with Cath is also a good kill to feed her, and the next map is good for training anyone.
