Just keep doing it and never stop making them. Some will only be good for practicing, but others will reach through the skies.
As for writing, read as much as you possibly can, and write down anything that comes to your mind, I always keep a document open on my PC for this exact reason. You may never know when comes the best idea, you only realize it later.

You should try talking to them about your issues, I'm sure your psychologist can help you with that too. Its not something that will go away. Also, living with your parents imo is better than living alone, even it feels better to be without anyone.
