in terms of energy efficiency is it better to add an additional fan if it means the entire computer would run much cooler?
pic rel, i realize it's an inoptimal setup due to old case. and i cannot seem to move the cables on the floor away from the bottom fan.
is there any point of having a fan pointing at the HDD's? it's not like they run hot. i was thinking about moving it to the top to output air.
